Deck overview

This deck blends Orzhov Aristocrats with +1/+1 counter synergies under the leadership of Felisa, Fang of Silverquill. The core game plan focuses on deploying low-cost creatures that enter with or generate counters, such as Iron Apprentice and Star Pupil, alongside free sacrifice outlets like Carrion Feeder and Bartolomé del Presidio. Once Felisa enters the battlefield on Turn 4, sacrificing modified creatures converts their counters into an evasive army of 2/1 flying Inkling tokens. Life-draining staples such as Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Mirkwood Bats turn both the creation and death of these tokens into direct damage against the table. Recursive engines like Together Forever and Smile at Death keep the board replenished, while cards like Teysa Karlov double token production and drain triggers. The deck delivers resilient mid-game pressure, finishing opponents through a combination of aerial combat and mass sacrifice drain.
