Deck overview

This Simic big-spell deck is helmed by Gandalf, Westward Voyager, who turns every five-plus-mana spell into either a copy effect or a card draw. The primary plan is to accelerate into high-CMC haymakers-Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, Last March of the Ents-while using Gandalf's trigger to bury opponents in card advantage. The deck also assembles infinite mana through Nyxbloom Ancient plus untappers like Palinchron or Basalt Monolith, then deploys a haste-granting finisher. A dense tutor suite (Worldly Tutor, Summoner's Pact, Crop Rotation) and premium draw engines (Rhystic Study, Consecrated Sphinx) ensure the deck finds its key pieces reliably. Interaction is plentiful, with nine counterspells and free protection, making the deck a resilient value engine that can pivot between combo and combat wins.
