Deck overview

This deck is built around Flamewar, Brash Veteran // Flamewar, Streetwise Operative, combining low-cost Voltron aggression with artifact sacrifice and discard engines. Cast early using its alternate cost, Flamewar attacks with built-in menace and deathtouch to exile cards with intel counters, then converts to refill your hand. Scaling Equipment like Cranial Plating and Nettlecyst turn Flamewar into a lethal commander damage threat, while discard engines such as Liliana's Caress, Megrim, and Glint-Horn Buccaneer burn opponents for filtering cards. The deck leverages artifact recursion via Goblin Welder and Daretti, Scrap Savant to maintain resilience against removal, closing games through large unblockable attacks and punishing group-wide discard spells.
