Gahiji Smash or Pass by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Gahiji, Honored One

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Naya political deck, led by Gahiji, Honored One, aims to turn the table against itself. The primary game plan is to goad opponents creatures, force them to attack each other, while Gahiji s +2/+0 buff makes those attacks more lethal. Pillow fort effects like Ghostly Prison and Windborn Muse protect you, while card draw engines (Aurelia, the Law Above, Nelly Borca, Mangara, the Diplomat) reward you for the chaos. Win conditions are incremental: grind down opponents through combat damage from your own tokens (Assemble the Legion), commander damage, or political pressure that eliminates foes indirectly. There are no deterministic infinite combos; the deck relies on sustained value and politics to close out the game.
