Deck overview

This deck is a Simic midrange strategy centered on Zimone, Infinite Analyst. Zimone grows whenever you cast your first spell with {X} in its mana cost each turn, which in turn reduces the generic cost of future X-spells by the number of +1/+1 counters on her. The deck leverages this cost reduction to deploy massive Hydra creatures, generate large Fractal tokens, and draw large quantities of cards. Early turns focus on ramping with cards like Nature's Lore, Three Visits, and Arcane Signet before deploying Zimone on Turn 3. On Turn 4, casting an initial X-spell starts the counter engine. By Turn 5, the deck transitions into a lethal threat, deploying massive trampling beaters such as Primordial Hydra, Goldvein Hydra, or Primo, the Unbounded, often doubled by Unbound Flourishing or amplified by Tanazir Quandrix. While the deck generates overwhelming board presence and substantial card velocity, its reliance on creature combat over multiple turns leaves it exposed to sweepers and targeted removal.
