Deck overview

Witch-king, Sky Scourge leads a Rakdos cast-from-exile Wraith deck. The primary plan is to build a board of Nazgul and other Wraiths, attack, then use the commander's combat trigger to exile a large chunk of the library and play those cards in the same turn, converted into Treasure by Prosper or Party Thrasher. Secondary paths are extra combats (Aggravated Assault, Moraug), mass reanimation, and token-drain chip damage. Prosper, Tome-Bound acts as a hidden commander: the deck would rather use his exile-and-Treasure engine than rely solely on the Witch-king. Without the Witch-king, it becomes a slower value deck; with him, it snowballs through repeated attacks.
