Minn, Wily Illusionist by user5181481

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is built around Minn, Wily Illusionist's draw-matters payoff, creating a swarm of Illusion tokens and using their deaths to cheat high-cost permanents directly onto the battlefield. The primary game plan is to establish multiple "draw your second card" triggers each turn, generate a fast-growing token army, then either overwhelm opponents with unblockable (Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Wonder) or flying threats, or drain the table with Psychosis Crawler. Draw doublers such as Teferi's Ageless Insight and Alhammarret's Archive accelerate the engine, while sacrifice outlets (Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar) enable Minn's death trigger to deploy bombs like Omniscience or Consecrated Sphinx. Extra-turn spells (Time Warp, Temporal Trespass) provide the final push. The deck is a classic value-oriented control strategy that wins through incremental card advantage and combat inevitability.
