Jhoira of the Ghitu leads a suspend-based UR deck that exiles huge threats and abuses time counters to cheat them into play. The primary plan is to suspend game-ending creatures like Blightsteel Colossus, Desolation Twin, and It That Betrays, then strip counters with Clockspinning, Wibbly-wobbly, and Jhoira's Timebug. The secondary path is an infinite-mana engine from Hullbreaker Horror and Sol Ring, which powers Niv-Mizzet Parun or free Omniscience spells. An extra-turn package (Time Stretch, Sphinx of the Second Sun, Shadow of the Second Sun) closes out tables after a first threat resolves.
