strange looking food by Destovi

Deck overview

This deck is a Golgari Food/sacrifice strategy helmed by Ygra, Eater of All, who turns all creatures into Food artifacts and grows as Foods die. The primary game plan centers on generating a critical mass of Food tokens through Experimental Confectioner, Peregrin Took, and Bag End Banquet, then leveraging sacrifice outlets like Phyrexian Altar and Greta, Sweettooth Scourge for mana, cards, and creature tokens. The deck assembles infinite loops using Reassembling Skeleton with Honest Rutstein and Phyrexian Altar to generate unlimited death triggers, fueling payoffs such as Camellia, the Seedmiser or Liliana, Dreadhorde General. Powerful recursion via Meathook Massacre II, Rise of the Dark Realms, and The Soul Stone provides inevitability. Secondary win paths include combat damage from a massive Ygra, Eater of All, Alpha Deathclaw, or Quilled Greatwurm, and a game-ending Genesis Wave. The deck is a mid-range value engine that can pivot between grinding and combo bursts.
