Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Grixis Villain tribal and discard-value engine led by Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. Early turns focus on deploying Norman Osborn, using his unblockable attack to connive, sculpt your hand, and fuel the graveyard. On Turn 4, transforming him into Green Goblin unlocks the Mayhem ability, letting you cast discarded nonland cards directly from the graveyard at a two-mana discount. The deck leverages heavy looting, rummaging, and connive triggers to filter through cards while generating board presence with token generators like Madame Hydra, Mysterio, Master of Illusion, and Living Laser. Mid-game payoffs like The Squadron Sinister, Doctor Octopus, Master Planner, and Archfiend of Ifnir turn discard velocity into asymmetric board wipes, anthem buffs, and massive evasive swings. With mass reanimation from Behold the Sinister Six!, the deck sustains momentum through removal and closes games with overwhelming flying and menace combat damage across turns six to eight.
