Deck overview

This Saheeli, the Gifted deck is an artifact big-mana and combo deck designed to convert dense low-cost artifact deployment into massive mana discounts. The strategy curves out low-CMC mana rocks, utility artifact creatures, and token generators across Turns 1 through 3, casts Saheeli on Turn 4, and uses her affinity-granting loyalty ability to cast high-cost spells on Turn 5. The primary endgame establishes a hard lock using Karn, the Great Creator and Mycosynth Lattice, preventing opponents from tapping lands or activating abilities on any permanents. Alternatively, the deck swarms the board with indestructible artifact armies via Darksteel Forge, Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer, and Myr Battlesphere to close the game through combat damage. While the deck possesses explosive acceleration and resilient board states, its reliance on sorcery-speed sequencing and lack of instant-speed countermagic leave it vulnerable to fast combo decks and exile board wipes.
