Kilo the Proliferator - Upgrade by atd12194

Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai artifact deck builds around Kilo, Apogee Mind as a repeatable proliferate engine. You tap Kilo to add counters to charge artifacts, +1/+1 counters, poison counters, and time counters, then amplify the effect with Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus and supporting proliferators like Surge Conductor and Thrummingbird. The primary payoff is All Will Be One, which turns every proliferate into direct damage, while Darksteel Reactor, The Millennium Calendar, and poison from Prologue to Phyresis offer alternate wins. Secondary paths go wide with Steel Overseer, Kappa Cannoneer, and Cyberdrive Awakener, or take infinite turns with Magistrate's Scepter. Kilo accelerates the plan but the deck can still proliferate without him.
