Deck overview

This Azorius deck uses The Council of Four to turn symmetrical group draw effects into personal resource dominance. By playing cards like Dictate of Kruphix, Kwain, Itinerant Meddler, and Secret Rendezvous, it forces opponents to draw multiple cards each turn, triggering the commander to draw cards and generate 2/2 Knight blockers. To survive the extra resources it gives away, the deck sets up defensive attack taxes like Propaganda, Windborn Muse, and Archon of Absolution, backed by 7 mass board sweepers. After digging deep into the library, it finishes the table through group-drain damage from Psychosis Crawler, alternate victory with Triskaidekaphile, or an unblockable token swarm. The strategy generates enormous card velocity but remains vulnerable to instant-speed combo decks and removal targeting its win conditions.
