Deck overview

This deck executes a focused Selesnya go-wide aggro strategy powered by Katilda, Dawnhart Prime. By turning every Human creature into a mana source, the deck rapidly accelerates mana production in the opening turns. Early plays like Esper Sentinel, Champion of the Parish, and Coppercoat Vanguard establish an immediate board presence while ramping into draw engines like Beast Whisperer, Guardian Project, and The Great Henge. Once a wide board is active, the deck floods the battlefield using mass token producers like Horn of Gondor and Call the Coppercoats. It closes games on Turns 5 to 6 through explosive overrun effects from Craterhoof Behemoth, Moonshaker Cavalry, or Katilda's counter ability paired with Chocobo Knights. Robust protection from Grand Abolisher, Sigarda, Font of Blessings, and Heroic Intervention secures critical turn windows, though the list lacks targeted removal for opposing combos.
