Deck overview

This Azorius blink combo deck leverages Plagon, Lord of the Beach as a high-velocity card draw engine from the command zone. By packing the curve with low-mana, high-toughness creatures such as Wall of Omens, Sunscape Familiar, and Vnwxt, Verbose Host, Plagon reliably draws multiple cards immediately upon entry. The deck utilizes a dense package of enters-the-battlefield enablers, including Soulherder, Displacer Kitten, Brago, King Eternal, and Ephemerate, to repeatedly trigger Plagon and other utility creatures for compounding card advantage. While the deck defends itself with efficient counterspells and combat-denial locks like Stonehorn Dignitary, its primary win condition centers on infinite mana combos. Assembling Deadeye Navigator or Ghostly Flicker alongside Peregrine Drake and Archaeomancer generates infinite mana and flickers. This allows the deck to draw its entire library through Plagon and eliminate all three opponents on the same turn using Psychosis Crawler or complete library exile via Reality Shift.
