Deck overview

This is a Dimir spell-slinging token deck built around Lord of the Nazgul. Its primary plan is to cast/copy instants and sorceries, generate Wraith tokens through the commander, and then turn on the 9/9-until-end-of-turn clause to close the game. Secondary paths use Chain of Smog to create an arbitrary number of spell copies-each copying Lord's trigger-and a backup magecraft combo with Archmage Emeritus and Sedgemoor Witch that can be paid off by The Meathook Massacre. A low curve, heavy cantrip/card draw, and a compact tutor package keep the lines quick, while counterspells and instant-speed removal protect the critical turns.
