Dáin - Under the Mountain by Dokk

Format: Commander

Commander: Dáin of the Ancient Halls

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

An aggressive Boros Dwarf-Equipment deck built to make Dain of the Ancient Halls' attack trigger lethal. It develops Dwarves and Equipment early, then swings for a table-wide burst: Dain deals damage to each opponent equal to the number of Dwarves you control, and multipliers such as Bifur, Melodic Rider, Torbran, and Gratuitous Violence turn that number into a one-turn kill. Magda, Brazen Outlaw and Dain's Company add treasure and tutor consistency, while Sram, Giott, and Kili turn Dwarf and Equipment spells into cards. Secondary plans use Smaug, treasure-fueled burn, and Equipment voltron with Bruenor, Embercleave, and Helm of the Host. Magda is the hidden commander, ramping and finding the key artifact or Dragon.
