garfield and odie pt 7 by user4007803

Format: Commander

Commander: Rin and Seri, Inseparable

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rin and Seri are the cast-trigger token engine of this Naya Cats/Dogs build. The primary plan is to chain cheap Cat and Dog spells into a wide token swarm, then win on one combat step powered by Shared Animosity, Jetmir, and Akroma's Will. Secondary paths use Impact Tremors, Throne of the God-Pharaoh, and the commander's own RGW activated ability to drain opponents, with Felidar Sovereign as a lifegain-based alternate win. Kaheera acts as a companion-style anthem, but is not a legal companion in this 99, and there is no true hidden commander. The deck is built around Rin and Seri's cast triggers, not its tap ability.
