Deck overview

This deck is a Boros artifact aristocrats and combo strategy led by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut. Ragost turns all controlled artifacts into Food tokens and acts as a direct-damage outlet whenever Foods are sacrificed. The deck accelerates through dense 2-CMC mana rocks, White catch-up ramp, and Red Treasure-producing draw spells such as Big Score and Unexpected Windfall. In the mid-game, it uses value engines like Academy Manufactor, Skullclamp, and Ichor Wellspring to cycle through cards. Its primary win condition is an infinite token loop between Draconic Visitor and Ganax, Astral Hunter, which creates infinite 5/5 flying Dragons on Turn 6 to swing for lethal on Turn 7. Secondary lines include infinite artifact sacrifice loops using Krark-Clan Ironworks, Scrap Trawler, and Thornbite Staff to burn opponents out with Ragost. The deck excels at artifact recursion but runs minimal reactive interaction and no proactive stax.
