Commander: Blech, Loafing Pest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Blech, Loafing Pest commands a Golgari lifegain and kindred aggro deck that converts frequent life increments into permanent board power. By deploying typed creatures like Pests, Bats, Insects, Snakes, and Spiders, the deck establishes an expansive creature front that grows whenever life is gained. Continuous triggers from permanents like Bogwater Lumaret, Prism Ring, and Eumidian Terrabotanist repeatedly distribute +1/+1 counters across your typed board. Secondary engines punish opposing creatures with deathtouch synergy, sacrifice outlets, and life-drain effects. The primary win condition is overwhelming opponents through wide, high-power combat enabled by evasion from Duskshell Crawler or Swarm Guildmage, backed by life-loss engines like Dina, Soul Steeper.
