Dwarfs by Jaboc25

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin Oakenshield

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Thorin Oakenshield anchors a Boros legends-and-equipment deck. The primary plan is a voltron commander-damage kill: Thorin is cheap, tramples, and his storied ward protects the whole team once three artifacts, legendaries, or Sagas are on board. Equipment such as Dwarven Mattock and Ragged Short Spear pump him, while Dain Ironfoot or Raphael enable double-strike swings for 21 damage. A secondary path goes wide with Sun Warriors, At the Door, and the Leonardo/Raphael sneak creatures, turning unblocked attacks into extra bodies and effects. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Thorin's ward and the equipment/dwarf synergies. It is not a fast combo deck, but it applies steady combat pressure starting on turn three.
