Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Glarb, Calamity's Augur, establishing a resilient Sultai engine centered around top-deck manipulation, lands, and graveyard synergy. Glarb acts as a virtual card advantage engine by clearing land pockets, surveilling high-impact permanents into the graveyard, and casting spells with mana value 4 or greater directly from the top of the library. The early game focuses on ramping and sculpting the top cards, transitioning in the midgame to high-value token production and board pressure through cards like Grave Titan, The Gitrog Monster, and Rottenmouth Viper. The deck finishes games by resolving mass reanimation or polymorphic spells, such as Living Death or Mass Polymorph, which flood the battlefield with game-ending threats and life drain effects like Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Syr Konrad, the Grim.
