Deck overview

Sethron, Hurloon General helms an aggressive Rakdos Minotaur tribal deck that pairs explosive token generation with combat anthems and decisive attack steps. The deck leverages efficient early ramp, cost reducers like Urza's Incubator and Ragemonger, and the iconic Didgeridoo to deploy Sethron ahead of curve on Turn 4. Once assembled on Turn 5, playing additional Minotaurs triggers Sethron to build a menacing board, while his activated ability grants +1/+0, menace, and haste to present an immediate must-answer clock. The deck finishes games through overwhelming combat damage amplified by Shared Animosity, Kragma Warcaller, and Moraug, Fury of Akoum, with a compact infinite combat loop between Neheb, the Eternal and Aggravated Assault serving as a clean backup route. While vulnerable to board wipes and commander removal, resilient recursion spells and targeted protection like Deflecting Swat help preserve momentum across a standard seven-turn execution.
