Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact token deck helmed by Sai, Master Thopterist, built to generate a swarm of Thopter tokens by casting artifact spells. The commander provides both a token engine and a repeatable card-draw sink, while the 99 packs cost reducers, recursion, and pump effects to turn the Thopter army into a lethal combat threat. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage with pumped tokens via Coat of Arms and Forsaken Monument, with Walking Ballista as a backup mana sink if infinite mana is ever assembled. The deck also leans on Unwinding Clock and Emry, Lurker of the Loch to generate continuous value and recover from wipes. It is a value-oriented midrange build that wins through incremental board presence rather than a single explosive turn.
