Deck overview

This is a storm/spellslinger deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, a mana engine and incremental pinger that grows with each noncreature spell. The primary game plan is to deploy cost reducers and rituals, chain cheap instants and sorceries to build a high storm count, then finish with Grapeshot (damage to each opponent) or Brain Freeze (mill out the table). Secondary paths include Laboratory Maniac after self-milling, Thousand-Year Storm for exponential copies, and Ashling, Flame Dancer for repeated board control and mana. The deck relies heavily on its draw engine density (Consecrated Sphinx, Archmage Emeritus, Faerie Mastermind) to fuel the chain, while rituals like Seething Song and Mana Geyser provide bursts of mana. The commander generates additional mana equal to its power each turn and pings opponents, but is not essential to any win condition.
