Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Jund Aristocrats list built around Korvold, Fae-Cursed King. It pairs low-cost mana acceleration with dense token engines to fuel rapid sacrifice triggers. The primary strategy ramps into Korvold or resilient value engines like Black Market Connections and Tireless Provisioner by turns 3-4, turning every sacrificed permanent into card advantage and +1/+1 counters. The deck converts this resource velocity into immediate table-wide wins using sacrifice loops such as Chatterfang, Squirrel General with Pitiless Plunderer, or burst damage via Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats, and Chandra's Ignition. While the deck features strong removal and protective cards like Deflecting Swat and Heroic Intervention, its core reliance on creature-based activated abilities leaves it vulnerable to well-timed creature removal and stax pieces that prevent death triggers or ability activations.
