Commander: Tidus, Yuna's Guardian

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant (+1/+1 counters) midrange strategy helmed by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian. The deck floods the board with creatures, stacks counters through placement engines and doublers, then snowballs via proliferate and combat damage. Tidus, Yuna's Guardian is the primary engine: his combat trigger moves counters for optimal distribution, and his Cheer ability converts the first successful counter-creature connection each turn into a card and a proliferate. Primary wins come from overwhelming combat (often through Herald of Secret Streams unblockability or Chocobo Knights double strike) and the alternate win condition Simic Ascendancy. The list leans on dense counter-multipliers (Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Innkeeper's Talent, The Earth Crystal) and recursive value rather than infinite combos, playing as a resilient value combat deck that grinds out multiplayer tables.
