Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Izzet spellslinger and artifact storm list commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as an explosive mana engine, a primary win condition, and a damage source rolled into one creature. By enchanting Vivi with damage-trigger draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout, every noncreature spell cast deals 1 damage to each opponent and immediately draws three cards. This fuels a continuous storm sequence of 0-cost artifacts, rituals, and mass-bounce spells like Retract and Paradoxical Outcome. As Vivi's power grows from noncreature spell triggers, Vivi can tap for massive amounts of colored mana to sustain the turn. The deck finishes games either by burning out all opponents through 40 Vivi triggers, storming into Grapeshot or Brain Freeze, or executing the infinite mana and untap loop with Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal. Low-cost interaction and proactive protection ensure the storm turn succeeds.
