Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact cloning strategy commanded by Orvar, the All-Form, centered on replicating artifacts and the complete suite of Fallout Bobbleheads. The early game focuses on deploying mana rocks, utility artificers, and 3-CMC Bobbleheads to establish a stable resource foundation. Once Orvar enters the battlefield on Turn 4, cheap targeted instants and sorceries such as Twiddle, Cerulean Wisps, and Dream's Grip duplicate key permanents, exponentially scaling mana production and drawing massive bursts of cards through Intelligence Bobblehead. The mid-game converts this overwhelming artifact count into a decisive win condition. Finishers like Cyberdrive Awakener, overloaded Rise and Shine, and Tezzeret the Seeker animate noncreature artifacts into flying 4/4 beaters to eliminate the table on Turns 6 to 7. A robust interaction and protection package—anchored by Spellskite, Swan Song, Padeem, Consul of Innovation, and Desynchronization—ensures the engine operates securely against opposing interaction.
