Deck overview

Smaug, Wicked Worm is a Treasure/Dragon value deck. The commander's ETB banks a burst of tapped Treasures and turns every Treasure-funded spell into an extra card, so the primary plan is to ramp into Smaug, multiply Treasures with Xorn, Academy Manufactor, Goldspan Dragon, and token producers, then burn the table with Mirkwood Bats/Reckless Fireweaver, Alchemist's Talent, or a massive Crackle with Power/Exsanguinate. The Exquisite Blood/Sanguine Bond pair is a secondary combo kill, and dragon beatdown via Desert Were-Worm extra combats and Lathliss tokens is the occasional fallback. No hidden commander exists; the other Smaug legends simply reinforce the same Treasure theme.
