Deck overview

This deck is a four-color polymorph control deck commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary plan creates cheap creature tokens in the early game using persistent engines like Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Staff of the Storyteller. On Turn 4, the deck casts Jace and immediately uses his minus-three loyalty ability to exile a token and polymorph it into a high-impact permanent from the library. Cheated threats like Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, and Avacyn, Angel of Horror quickly establish dominance and drain opposing resources. The deck protects its board with spells like Flawless Maneuver and controls the board with exile removal and sweepers like Sunfall and Blasphemous Act. Backup engines like Mass Polymorph and Proteus Staff provide resilience, leading to a decisive aerial victory by Turn 7.
