Deck overview

This is a black-red discard/sacrifice/descend attrition deck helmed by Zoyowa Lava-Tongue. The core loop is triggering "descended" every turn - via cycling lands, sacrificing fodder, or Enterprising Scallywag's Treasure - so Zoyowa forces each opponent to either discard or sacrifice, then drains those who refuse. The drain is amplified into a real clock by Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, turning Zoyowa's 3 damage into 8 per opponent per end step. Discard payoffs like Archfiend of Ifnir, Magmakin Artillerist, and Razorkin Needlehead convert every forced discard into board control and chip damage, while Tergrid, God of Fright and Gisa, Glorious Resurrector steal whatever opponents lose. The deck wins by grinding out life totals through repeated drain triggers, with Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger and Chainer, Nightmare Adept providing recursion and Winter Orb/Smokestack slowing the table while the attrition engine runs.
