Deck overview

This deck executes a focused Boros Voltron strategy led by Wyleth, Soul of Steel. It establishes early mana and equipment, casts Wyleth on Turn 3, and attacks on Turn 4 with multiple attachments to draw two or more cards per swing. By Turn 5, it threatens lethal commander damage using power amplifiers like Colossus Hammer and Fireshrieker alongside evasion like Spirit Mantle. The deck uses equip-cost cheaters like Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist and Puresteel Paladin to maximize mana efficiency. Sunforger provides a flexible toolbox of instant-speed removal and protection spells such as Blacksmith's Skill and Swords to Plowshares. While vulnerable to mass bounce and sacrifice effects, the deck maintains resilience through high functional redundancy and alternate combat threats.
