Deck overview

This deck is the stock Timey-Wimey Commander precon led by The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler. The strategy revolves around manipulating time counters and casting spells through suspend. In the early game, you establish mana rocks and deploy Rose Tyler. By Turn 5, The Tenth Doctor enters to exile nonland cards with suspend on attack, steadily accelerating your board. As counters tick down, Rose Tyler grows into a lethal attacker while high-mana threats like Dinosaurs on a Spaceship and Star Whale enter the battlefield without mana investment. The deck resets threatening enemy boards using modal wipes like Farewell and phases creatures out with Out of Time. It finishes games through massive commander damage and flying token swarms over a couple of combat cycles.
