Blech, Loafing Pest by AdjuctReaper

Format: Commander

Commander: Blech, Loafing Pest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Blech, Loafing Pest leads a Golgari swarm deck that converts lifegain and +1/+1 counters into a wide, growing army. The primary plan is to resolve an early life-gain engine and counter enablers, flood the board with Pest/Insect/Snake/Spider tokens, then win through either a repeated overrun combat line or a Hooded Blightfang mass-deathtouch drain. The commander's role is a permanent +1/+1 counter engine for the tribal keyword set whenever any life-gain trigger occurs. Backup paths include Court of Garenbrig plus Iridescent Hornbeetle token bursts, Cauldron of Essence value/recursion, and Professor Dellian Fel's emblem drain. No hidden commander exists; the other legendaries are support pieces. The deck is midrange and combat-oriented: it has no infinite combos, but can snowball rapidly after a token burst.
