Deck overview

This is a mono-blue token-copy control deck helmed by Council of Reeds, a commander that negates the legend rule and creates a token copy of itself each combat if you've cast a non-creature spell that turn. The deck's primary plan is to generate multiple legendary copies of its commander, protect them with a dense counterspell suite, and steal opponents' creatures through theft enchantments (Control Magic, Persuasion, Mind Control). With Levitation granting flying, the token swarm and stolen threats close out the game through combat damage. Secondary win conditions include superior card advantage from Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards and Reconnaissance Mission, plus late-game recursion via Finale of Revelation and Diluvian Primordial. The deck leans heavily on its commander for token generation and leans on a high volume of instant-speed interaction to survive until its engine comes online.
