Deck overview

Rakdos, the Muscle commands a resilient Aristocrats and impulse-theft engine designed to convert recurring creatures into card advantage, mana velocity, and instant-speed infinite drain combos. The deck establishes early ramp on Turns 1 to 3, deploying efficient rocks and self-recurring creatures like Forsaken Miner, Bloodsoaked Champion, and Reassembling Skeleton. On Turn 4, casting Rakdos immediately unlocks a repeatable flow of playable cards stolen from opponents' libraries while shielding itself with built-in indestructible. The deck rapidly reaches critical onset on Turn 5, using premier tutors like Demonic Tutor and Diabolic Intent to assemble Phyrexian Altar alongside Forsaken Miner and a drain payoff such as Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat. This generates infinite crime triggers, exiling every opponent's library or draining the entire table in a single turn. Backed by free redirection spells like Deflecting Swat and heavy mass reanimation via Living Death, the deck combines high resilience with lethal inevitability.
