Blight Town by Jacal44

Format: Commander

Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Auntie Ool, Cursewretch helms a Jund -1/-1 counter engine. The primary plan is to spread -1/-1 counters through wither, proliferate, and cards like Black Sun's Zenith and Skinrender, converting every counter into commander draws, Hapatra snakes, Nest insects, and Flourishing elves. Secondary paths are Devoted Druid + Quillspike to make Quillspike arbitrarily large and then finish with Soul Immolation for lethal X damage, or Blowfly Infestation + token producer loops drained by Obelisk Spider or All Will Be One. Hapatra is effectively a hidden commander in the 99. This is not a fast combo deck; without tutors and with a tapped-heavy manabase, it relies on engine-value draws to assemble a repeatable kill.
