New Untitled Deck by user7210321

Format: Commander

Commander: Ghalta, Primal Hunger

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-green dinosaur build treats Ghalta, Primal Hunger as a huge, easily discounted beater rather than an engine. The deck ramps hard with mana dorks and land-tutor spells, plays 4-6 power creatures to lower Ghalta's cost to sometimes just two green mana, then finishes with a trampling alpha strike from Overwhelming Stampede, Craterhoof Behemoth, or Finale of Devastation. Secondary plans cheat big creatures into play with Tooth and Nail or Monster Manual, culminating in Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, the hidden commander, to dump a hand of creatures. If the commander is removed or taxed, the deck can still win through its deep beatdown package, but Ghalta accelerates that clock considerably.
