This is a high-power Grixis cEDH combo deck helmed by Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin. The primary plan is to accelerate with dense fast mana, establish early advantage engines, and close through compact two-card win lines-chiefly Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, backed by Underworld Breach storm loops. Kefka's front face is a repeatable discard-draw value engine on ETB and attack; the back face converts life-loss into massive card draw after a costly transform. The 99 is self-sufficient: premium tutors, ritual mana, and an elite free-counter suite let the deck win through the stack whether or not the commander sticks. Secondary angles include Vivi Ornitier drain, Orcish Bowmasters punishment, and opportunistic theft via Opposition Agent and Mnemonic Betrayal.
