Deck overview

This Orzhov deck leverages Breena, the Demagogue to blend aggressive +1/+1 counter beatdown with political card advantage and steady lifegain drain. In the early game, cheap enablers like Soul Warden and Guide of Souls set up lifegain triggers that quickly grow creatures like Voice of the Blessed and Leonardo, Cutting Edge. Breena accelerates this growth on Turn 4 by distributing two +1/+1 counters and drawing cards whenever you attack opponents with the highest life totals. By Turn 6, the board reaches critical mass with large evasive attackers and end-step drain triggers from Defiling Daemogoth. The deck closes the game around Turn 8 through overwhelming aerial combat or by funneling massive mana from The Eternity Elevator and Mutated Cultist into game-ending spells like Debt to the Deathless. Defensive tools like Bulwark Ox and Invisible Force Field protect key pieces against mass removal.
