Zimone by Subble

Format: Commander

Commander: Zimone, Infinite Analyst

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Zimone, Infinite Analyst leads a Simic X-spell deck that turns +1/+1 counters into explosive mana discounts. Each turn the first X spell costs less based on Zimone's counters, then she gets bigger, so the deck rapidly scales from a Genesis Hydra into a game-ending Hydroid Krasis. Secondary plans include token generation through Lattice Library and Primo, plus counter-doubling from Zimone, Paradox Sculptor and Unbound Flourishing. The commander is the engine: she discounts the first X spell and grows toward a powerful attacker. Without her, the deck still ramps and casts big X spells, but at full price. It wins by building a wide, huge board and alpha striking with trample/flying hydras.
