Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated Mardu combat deck centered around Isshin, Two Heavens as One. It accelerates out attack-triggered permanents that flood the board with creature tokens, venture through dungeons, and accumulate Treasure. Isshin doubles each attack trigger, turning modest token generators like Hero of Bladehold, Hanweir Garrison, and Adeline, Resplendent Cathar into overwhelming army-in-a-can threats. Mass pump effects such as Cathars' Crusade and Goldnight Commander quickly turn wide boards into lethal combat steps, while Brutal Hordechief provides reach by draining life on every swing. The deck trades proactive disruption and extensive interaction for pure proactive momentum, relying on dense redundant pieces rather than dedicated tutors.
