Bello, Bard of the Brambles by user5064065

Format: Commander

Commander: Bello, Bard of the Brambles

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Bello, Bard of the Brambles turns this Gruul deck's bulky artifacts and enchantments into 4/4 hasty, indestructible attackers that draw cards on hit. The deck ramps to 4-5 mana quickly, then uses Bello to beat down while layering damage multipliers (Gratuitous Violence, Unnatural Growth, Berserkers' Onslaught) to close out multiple players. A secondary token-engine combo with Rampaging Baloths, Kodama of the East Tree, and Gruul Turf can generate infinite Beasts, often ending the game with Warstorm Surge. Without Bello, the deck falls back on big beaters and enchantment value, but its speed and reach drop sharply.
