Deck overview

This is a general-power Kaalia of the Vast deck built around cheating large Angels, Demons, and Dragons into combat. Its strongest games deploy Kaalia of the Vast with haste, then turn one attack into a major board swing through Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, or Archfiend of Depravity. Lightning Greaves, Mother of Runes, Giver of Runes, and Avacyn, Angel of Hope help protect the attack engine. The deck also has slower backup deployment through Sneak Attack and Quicksilver Amulet. Its main weaknesses are inconsistent access to haste and suitable creatures, a demanding mana curve, and limited stack interaction. The primary attack is threatening around turn 5, but the list does not reliably convert that onset into a same-turn or compact table kill. It wins through repeated combat, attrition, and large evasive creatures rather than a deterministic combo.
