Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Demon and Devil tribal midrange deck commanded by Raphael, Fiendish Savior. The game plan revolves around accelerating into Raphael and mid-cost Demons, creating a steady stream of 1/1 Devil tokens whenever creatures enter the graveyard. These tokens serve as versatile fuel for aristocrat sacrifice outlets like Goblin Bombardment, Ashnod's Altar, and Skullclamp, while dealing direct retaliatory damage upon death. Heavy-hitting Demons such as Archfiend of Depravity, Balor, Rakdos, Lord of Riots, and Karlach, Fury of Avernus apply severe combat pressure and lock out opposing boards. Supported by efficient reanimation spells and asymmetric control cards like Grave Pact, the deck steadily drains opposing life totals while sustaining its own through Raphael's lifelink aura.
