Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest is the only commander; there is no hidden commander. The deck builds a board of legendary Wizards to make Gandalf's free-casting number unusually large, then uses his beginning-of-combat trigger to flood the game with spells. Extra-combat spells provide additional Gandalf triggers, and the Wizard density gives extra draw and cost reduction. The main finish is the Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Niv-Mizzet, Visionary draw/damage loop, with a slower fallback of repeated Wizard attacks through extra combat. The build is a high-interaction tempo/engine list rather than a traditional one-mana combo; it wants to reach a critical Gandalf turn while protecting its Wizard package.
