Deck overview

This Sultai deck is helmed by Glarb, Calamity's Augur, blending land-ramp engines, self-mill, and high-impact reanimation into an adaptable midrange strategy. In the opening turns, the deck accelerates its mana with low-cost dorks, land-drop enhancers, and artifacts to resolve Glarb quickly. Once active, Glarb turns the top of the library into an extended hand, casting high-cost threats and clearing dead draws via Surveil. The graveyard serves as a second hand through recursion pieces like Six, Conduit of Worlds, and Muldrotha, the Gravetide. Decisive board states are established on turn 5 by reanimating titans like Archon of Cruelty and Hullbreaker Horror, or by triggering Field of the Dead alongside Lumra, Bellow of the Woods to flood the battlefield with Zombie tokens. Robust interaction and recurring land destruction via Strip Mine lock down opponents while the token swarm finishes the game.
