Deck overview

This Selesnya midrange deck harnesses the power of Angel tribal synergies under the guidance of Sigarda, Font of Blessings. The deck accelerates early using mana dorks, cost-reducing artifacts, and green land ramp to establish its commander by turn 4. Once in play, Sigarda turns the top of the library into an extended hand while granting hexproof to the rest of the board. The strategy quickly snowballs by combining high-toughness flyers with lifegain engines like Righteous Valkyrie, Bishop of Wings, and Resplendent Angel. Life total thresholds activate massive power buffs, transforming mid-sized flyers into lethal threats by turn 6. A robust package of spot removal, Aura Shards, and defensive tools like Heroic Intervention and Grand Abolisher protects the board while controlling opposing threats. The deck closes games around turn 8 via overwhelming aerial combat backed by Akroma's Will or True Conviction.
