Deck overview

This is a dedicated Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain artifact-storm deck. The plan is to cast Jhoira early, then chain cheap historic spells - mostly zero- and one-mana artifacts - to draw through the library, generate mana with rocks and Urza, Lord High Artificer, and convert a massive storm count into a win through Aetherflux Reservoir or Brain Freeze. The mana curve is exceptionally low, and the deck leans on cost reducers, top-deck engines, and a robust tutor package to assemble its lines quickly. The commander is the primary draw engine: every historic cast replaces itself. That makes Jhoira the catalyst for nearly every game-winning sequence, while Urza, Lord High Artificer, Mystic Forge, The Reality Chip, and Crystal Skull, Isu Spyglass act as pseudo-commanders that keep the chain alive if Jhoira is removed or unavailable.
